The Maple Society of Britain and Ireland in conjunction with The Maple Society of North America are delighted to be putting on the 2026 International Maple Symposium at Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, this October.
Running from Sunday 25th October to Tuesday 27th October, this event promises to be one not to be missed!
The ticket price of £320.00 entitles each delegate to the following:
* All Symposium presentations, held at the beautiful venue of Stonehouse Court, Stroud
* Three course banquet on Monday evening at Stonehouse Court
* Afternoon visits to Westonbirt
* Afternoon visit to the King’s Garden at Highgrove
* Lunches
* Shuttle buses from Tetbury and the Hare & Hounds to the venue
* Coffee and Tea breaks
* Complimentary Welcome Pack
* A copy of the Symposium Proceedings
The price does not include:
* Travel to Tetbury
* Hotels
* Dinner on Sunday or Tuesday
* Breakfasts (often included with the hotel)

If you have a member of your party who does not wish to attend the Symposium but would like to join the Banquet at Stonehouse Court on Monday evening, it can be signed up for separately here: Banquet Only
Mobility Problems?
If anyone has any mobility issues that they would like some help with then please contact us, well in advance of arrival. We can then provide you with the details about how to book a mobility scooter at the various venues that we are visiting. Any costs associated with a booking will have to be paid for by the member. Please note the dates below as the various venues may not be able to accept a booking after that date.
Most venues provide free Mobility Scooters but to ensure a booking it is ESSENTIAL that bookings are made before the 14th September. Pre booking is essential as this is a very busy time of year.
